Congratulations to Jackie Speier on winning the special election of April 8 you barely broke a sweat, but do not get to comfortable Jackie, because the honeymoon will be over soon. Numerous people are rallying alongside Mike Moloney to prevent the liberal-democrat Jackie Spier from becoming the next Tom Lantos. We must stop her now from controlling the CD12 for the next 30 years as Lantos did. Jackie Speier has proven to be a professional politician and part of the inner-circle of the Democratic Party. She raised over a million dollars from the same people that supported Tom Lantos and received 67,000 votes from the same people who supported Lantos since the last supper.

Jackie; your hypocrisy astounds me; the hypocrisy of the Democratic party led by Nancy Pelosi astounds me, but does not surprise me. During your swear-in by Nancy Pelosi, you gave a great opening speech to all the anti-war people in your district. You said, “bring the troops home, and bring them home now”, and then you said, “John McCain will keep the troops in Iraq for the next 50 years. Well Jackie, John McCain is telling the truth, Vice President Dick Cheney told the truth during a speech after the terrorists attacked our nation on of 9/11, because he said that we would be in the Middle East for the next 50 years.

Grandma Pelosi, Momma Clinton, Barrack Hussein Obama and the Liberal Democrats gang including you Jackie, know quite well that we are going to be there for the next 50 years. So please spare me the hypocrisy because you are part of the establishment. Our new Foreign Policy is that the President of the United States declares war and you all know it. The perennial warmonger, Tom Lantos gave the decisive vote for pre-antic strike against Iraq, and now you will continue his legacy on behalf of the state of Israel. You know that congress has no power over our foreign policy, because as of now our new foreign policy is for the president to declare war. As the top man of the foreign policy committee, Lantos did not do his job by forcing Congress to follow our constitutional rule that only Congress declares war. He gave total power to the president in regards to war declaration although he could have stopped it.

Jackie you know that Tom Lantos was hardly ever in his office, because he was too busy representing the interests of the state of Israel and not the interests of the voters on his district the CD 12. The nonsense that Tom Lantos was a champion of human rights is so ridiculous; I suggest you tell that to the Palestinians and the Iraqi people. You know that Tom Lantos was owned stock and barrel by the AIPAC and the Jewish lobbyist in this country. Jackie if you think I am making this up why was the foreign minister of Israel Tzipi Livni at the Tom Lantos memorial? The foreign minister of Israel said that “the free world has lost a great leader, and Israel has lost a great friend” It is interesting to say the least that she said that, because as you probably know Jackie, Tom Lantos guaranteed an $8 billion loan to the state of Israel on the eve of the strike on Iraq. Please do not tell me that he was a champion of human rights, because he had blood in his hands and now you are about to follow his foot-steps, shame on you Jackie Speier.

In the game of politics, I understand why certain politicians use the race and gender card, it adds to the theater, but no one used the Holocaust card better than Tom Lantos did. He made a career of using the holocaust card to justify all of his decisions. He did a great job at covering his tracks by using the holocaust survivor card to bring chaos to the Palestinian and Iraqi people. So do not tell me that he was a champion of human rights, because the proof is in the pudding.

Lantos had no time for the little people in his district, because he was too busy hanging out with Bono, Angelina and the Hollywood crowd. In fact, during your exploratory committee on deciding to run for Lantos seat, before he passed away, sarcastically you said “The good news is that Congressman Tom Lantos has finally come back to the district” I believe that was to emphasize that he was never here in the district.

During your victory speech, you said that Tom Lantos was a great conscience for the United States and the world. I say that Tom Lantos had no conscience period. I said that Lantos was a warmonger and an international terrorist, Nancy Pelosi said, “Tom Lantos spoke truth to Power” Well, I just told you my truth.

Jackie I understand that you had to cater to the Tom Lantos supporters to be elected, and it worked, congratulations. Obviously, the checks will continue to roll-in from all his supporters and the show goes on. Good luck Jackie, was it worth your soul?

My fellow candidates:

I feel very strongly that we should call off the special election of April 8 to replace the late Tom Lantos, and concede the seat to the princess Ms. Jackie Speier. By doing so, we will save the taxpayers of the 12th Congressional District approximately, one million dollars. After all, the San Mateo and San Francisco county newspapers, pundits, and the political establishment have already declared her a winner.

She has been declared a winner, it is all a charade, and we are being used as puppets to give her crowning legitimacy. The local news media will not sponsor a debate, will not demand a debate, and frankly they do not have the ability to ask the tough questions regarding foreign affairs. In other words, because of all the cutbacks in the news industry, and the consolidation of the news, local reporters do not have the time to educate the people.

"The election" is a farce. Jackie Speier lays claim to late Congressman Tom Lantos' seat. Tom Lantos, to the day of his untimely passing, was working to extricate the United States from Iraq and to bring the troops home. Jackie Speier, as Tom Lantos himself stated, has absolutely no prior foreign policy experience, yet this congressional race is mostly about foreign policy. You see why, I consider this whole process a waste of time. What do you think?

Moloney calls for a debate to discuss issues of great relevance to the people of the 12th Congressional District and California as a whole.

BURLINGAME, CA (03/06/2008; 0624)(readMedia)-- The main reason why a public debate is necessary in the 12th Congressional District, and in the political arena in general, is to inform voters about each candidate's points of view on the issues. Even though princess Jackie has been crowned congresswoman by the mass media, candidate Moloney and people who follow politics, believe that a debate is in order.

This election is about big issues: the the war in Iraq, the $9 trillion national debt, illegal immigration and healthcare.

And what about the definition of marriage? What about abortion and gun control? What about the rule of law and the integrity of the Constitution of the United States?Are these issues to be ignored?

Once and for all let's have a debate, as in the old days before radio and television, a debate in the tradition of Lincoln and Douglas. What are we candidates are going to do about each of these issues? At the very least, the people deserve to know where each candidate stands.

Moloney does not think that it is fair to the voters of the 12th District, to simply pass Tom Lantos' position on to Jackie Speier. As loving and caring human beings, we cannot help to feel empathy toward Jackie, but a thirty-year-old tragedy does not qualify her to be our next congressional representative.

To simply pass the 12th congressional seat to Jackie Speier because of gerrymandering is ludicrous. Furthermore not having a public debate is disrespectful to the voters, not to mention an insult to the rest of the candidates. We welcome your opinions. BURLINGAME, CA (03/10/2008; 1917)(readMedia)-- "If Jackie Speier has time to mingle with her powerful and wealthy friends, she should make time to debate her opponents about the issues. After all, it is the people who will decide who will represent them in Congress, not the wealthy and powerful, but the average working people with children and mortgages on their hands.

"The wealthy and powerful do not have to worry about losing their jobs to illegal immigrants, they don't worry about paying five dollars for a gallon of gas, they don't worry about their children's education. If Jackie Speier claims that will represent the people, then she owes it to the people to come down from the hill, and tell us where she is all about.

"Jackie, we the people are fed up with you doing photo-ups at the chateau and at Foster City. It is obvious to everyone that you are in bed with the media. You are the darling of the media, but don't you think that is about time that you talk to the people about you positions in regards to the war, healthcare, the economy, immigration, gun control, abortion, etc.

"Jackie, are you going to keep hiding behind the Burton Gang: Willie Brown, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein? Also Jackie, everyone inside politics knows, that you kicked Congressman Lantos when he was down and now, you are claiming his hard earned Congressional seat?

"Shame on you Jackie, come down from the ivory tower, and see if you can earn it. Let see if you are worthy of seating in his chair. You think you are like Hillary Clinton, who you support and you think that you are the heir to Lantos’ seat, the same way Hillary thinks that she is the heir apparent to be President."
